Lead, motivate and develop a team of 5 Technicians on afternoon shift working 3.30pm-11.36pm
Work with Scania teams to ensure compliance and efficiency throughout the workshop flow
Monitor Technician productivity and ensure customer expectations are met
Ensure your team have appropriate skills, tools and resources
About you
You will hold a Certificate III HV Diesel Technician qualification
Proven experience working as a HV Technician
You take pride in quality workmanship and doing things right. Our quality standards and Scania values mean everything to us, they will mean everything to you, too.
