What you will do

  • Effectively work with the Workshop Team to achieve optimum productivity levels
  • Fostering and promoting a safe and healthy work environment, maintaining safe work practices at all times
  • Mentor, coach and support your Team Leaders
  • Creating work orders, add job lines and allocate work to the workshop
  • Provide technical support to the workshop as required

Who you are

To be successful as a Workshop Controller within our organisation, we believe that you will have previous management experience in a workshop/service environment within the heavy vehicle industry. You will have relevant technical qualifications and proven experience in heavy vehicle repair and maintenance.
