What you will do
Reporting to the Branch Manager and leading the Workshop Team in our Richlands branch you will be responsible for;
Effectively managing the Workshop Team to achieve optimum productivity levels
Fostering and promoting a safe and healthy work environment maintaining safe work practices at all times
Managing and supporting Team Leaders in providing clear and practical guidance to Technicians
Ensuring the ongoing condition of workshop tools and equipment is maintained
Creating work orders, add job lines and allocate work to the workshop
Providing technical support to the workshop as required
Who you are
To be successful as a Workshop Controller within our organisation, we believe that you will have previous management experience in a workshop/service environment within the heavy vehicle industry. You will have relevant technical qualifications and proven experience in heavy vehicle repair and maintenance.
