What you will do

Reporting to the Branch Manager and leading the Workshop Team in our Richlands branch you will be responsible for;

• Effectively managing the Workshop Team to achieve optimum productivity levels
• Fostering and promoting a safe and healthy work environment maintaining safe work practices at all times
• Managing and supporting Team Leaders in providing clear and practical guidance to Technicians
• Ensuring the ongoing condition of workshop tools and equipment is maintained
• Creating work orders, add job lines and allocate work to the workshop
• Providing technical support to the workshop as required

Who you are

To be successful as a Workshop Controller within our organisation, we believe that you will have previous management experience in a workshop/service environment within the heavy vehicle industry. You will have relevant technical qualifications and proven experience in heavy vehicle repair and maintenance.
