What we offer

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Fully Qualified Light Vehicle Technician who has been working on heavy diesel vehicles to obtain qualifications as a Heavy Vehicle Diesel Technician. 

Traineeship period is 6 months to 2 years. You will earn $31 per hour during the traineeship period & a lot more once heavy vehicle qualified.

We have a world-class dealership at Scania Dandenong, all the latest high-tech tools, well-trained and experienced technicians with a keen focus on safety in the workplace.

Life on the tools

  • Repair & maintenance, mechanical diagnostics and service of vehicles and equipment
  • Engine, clutch, gear box and other component re-builds
  • Promoting and fostering a safe work environment

About you

  • You will hold a Light Vehicle Technician qualification
  • Have proven experience working as a diesel Technician
