What you will do

Based in our Dealer Support Centre in Campbellfield and reporting to the National Training and Development Manager, you will be responsible for;

  • Providing technical training to apprentices, qualified technicians and customers
  • Conducting training on multiple product lines
  • Ensuring a high level of technical competence across our technician and Dealer network
  • Developing learning material
  • Assisting in designing the annual training plan
  • Assisting in identifying training needs for all aftersales staff

Who you are

To be successful as a Technical Trainer within our organization you will hold a Certificate III Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent coupled with a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. You will have experience and a passion for developing and delivering face to face technical training programs. You will have the ability to travel within Australia and present a second to none Scania specific training program. Your unique background, your ideas and your energy will add to the success of this much-respected brand.
