What you will do

Due to internal promotion, an opportunity for a Parts Supervisor has arisen in our Kewdale branch. Reporting to the Branch Manager, the purpose of the role is to manage and develop the parts business in a cost efficient and profitable way whilst ensuring customers’ needs are met. Key accountabilities will involve;

  • Proactively building and developing customer relationships
  • Supervising Parts team of 4 ensuring the team is integrated with the greater Aftersales environment
  • Ensuring the front counter is focused on driving business
  • Working closely with the Branch Manager and Warehouse Team Leader to deliver efficient and effective management of stock
  • Delivery of correct parts to both customer and Workshop
  • Ensure documentation is completed including invoices and payment
  • Work on innovative solutions for our customers
  • Working Monday-Friday 9am-5pm + one Saturday per month 7am-12pm

Who you are

To be successful as a Parts Supervisor, you will have previous experience within the Heavy Vehicle or Automotive industry within a parts/stock based environment. You will have a good understanding of product/service requirements for vehicle preparation, manufacturing and import processes. You will have demonstrated stakeholder management and above all be people focused- you strive to deliver positive business outcomes and solutions for our customers.
