What you will do
Reporting to the Branch Manager, the purpose of the role is to manage and develop the parts business in a cost efficient and profitable way whilst ensuring customers’ needs are met. Key accountabilities will involve;
Proactively building and developing customer relationships
Supervising Parts team ensuring the team is integrated with the greater Aftersales environment
Ensuring the front counter is focused on driving business
Working closely with the Branch Manager to deliver efficient and effective management of stock
Delivery of correct parts to both customer and Workshop
Ensure documentation is completed including invoices and payment
Who you are
To be successful as a Parts Supervisor, you will have previous experience within the Heavy Vehicle or Automotive industry within a parts/stock based environment. You will have a good understanding of product/service requirements for vehicle preparation, manufacturing and import processes. You will have demonstrated stakeholder management and above all be people focused - you strive to deliver positive business outcomes and solutions for our customers.
