What you will do

You will be part of the Richlands Branch Team and reporting to the Workshop Controller. You will be responsible for;

  • Providing high levels of Customer Service
  • Picking and delivering parts to customers and their workshops
  • Building and developing customer relationships
  • Packing parts and arranging for delivery or pick up
  • Completing relevant documentation accurately
  • Must be able to drive a manual 2.5 ton truck.

Who you are

To be successful in this role, we believe that you will have experience in the heavy vehicle or related industry with demonstrated experience in building and maintaining customer relationships. Possess a HR License, or be willing to obtain one. Experience in selling/upselling automotive parts highly regarded.
