About the role

In this role you will provide end to end after sales support and account management to major fleet customers, ensuring your customers receive the highest possible aftersales care.  Specifically you will:

  • Take ownership of your client portfolio
  • Identify service sales opportunities
  • Provide accurate, on time after sales technical support and reporting
  • Maintain Scania’s CRM reporting system, ensuring Information is accurate and up to date
  • Negotiating the best outcomes
  • Effectively interact with internal and external partners

About you

You will have

  • Excellent stakeholder relationship management experience
  • Strong ability in managing client and internal customer needs and expectations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to self-motivate and self-manage
  • Strong understanding of servicing requirements within the automotive industry (preferred)
  • Previous B2B experience in the Heavy Vehicle / Automotive or Heavy Equipment/ Industrial industry (preferred)
