What you will do

In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of your portfolio of clients, ensuring Fleetcare Agreements are positively managed, engaging subject matter experts as required. 

Specifically you will;

  • Have ownership of your client portfolio
  • Scheduling all planned servicing
  • Negotiate the best outcomes
  • Provide reporting as agreed with Fleet Care customer
  • Effectively manage Fleet Care customer After-sales relationships

Who you are

To be successful as a Fleetcare Manager we believe that you will possess;

  • Excellent stakeholder relationship management experience
  • Strong ability in managing stakeholder needs and expectations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to self-motivate and self-manage
  • Strong understanding of servicing requirements within the automotive industry (preferred)
  • Previous experience in the heavy vehicle / automotive or related industry (preferred)
