What you will do

As the Financial Accountant, you will administer and manage the accounting and financial activities within the shared services team, providing management with information that supports financial and general decision making.  Lead coach and mentor a small team.

Core responsibilities include;

  • Accounting and reporting
    • Monthly, quarterly and annual reporting
    • Plan and review funding process, prepare cash flow forecasts
    • Provide financial advice in line with operational requiremnts
  • Manage tax issues, payments and financial enquiries
    • Comply with state and federal tax filing/reporting requirements
    • Prepare management reports as required.

Who you are

To be successful as a Financial Accountant within our organisation, we believe that you will be a detailed, analytical thinker who is driven by results, with a strong stakeholder engagement focus.  You will be CPA/CA qualified with previous experience in a financial accountant role with solid commercial understanding. Automotive industry experience advantageous.
