What you will do

This is a diverse, autonomous role, part of the Aftersales team, a very supportive and friendly team.  You will be the interface between the Director, managers and the department.  The role will include

  • Diary, calendar and travel management
  • Organising meetings/conferences and taking minutes
  • Preparing documents and reports in a professional manner
  • Assist with project work where required
  • Liaise with other departments to coordinate functions
  • Various ad hoc administration tasks, provide backup and support to the Scania business

Who you are

To be successful as an Executive Assistant in the Aftersales department within our organisation, we believe that you will have an exceptional phone manner, strong verbal and written communications skills, high attention to details, excellent organisation ability and the capability to self-motivate and self-manage.
