What you will do

Reporting to the NSW Parts Manager, you will manage independent dealer relationships in the NSW region & work closely with all departments of Scania Australia to support improved customer satisfaction levels. You will be responsible for;

  • Implementing the Scania strategy and development of Dealers in relation to the parts business
  • Proactively develop customer relationships through delivering excellent customer service
  • Assist with building and developing new and existing parts business
  • Support independent dealer network in relation to core workshop processes
  • Initiate effective marketing of the business

Who you are

To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience in a parts/warehouse environment within heavy vehicle/automotive or related industry. You will have strong commercial acumen, demonstrated experience in building and maintaining customer relationships and have a drive for proactive selling. You will hold a current driver’s licence, heavy vehicle endorsement an advantage.
