What you will do

Based in Laverton and part of the Aftersales Team, this role works closely with the workshop and customers, to ensure their needs and expectations are met throughout their Scania experience. 

This will be achieved by:

  • Working closely with the Service Team to ensure effective delivery of customer service
  • Delivering exceptional customer communication – external and internal
  • Managing and ensuring accuracy of all documentation
  • Creating work orders, job lines and allocating work to the workshop for planning of activity

Who you are

Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will help you to drive positive business outcomes along with the following:

  • Ability to think on your feet and show initiative
  • Strong abilities in time management, organisation and administration
  • Effective problem solving, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills 
  • Mechanical or workshop aptitude highly regarded
