What you will do

We are seeking a highly organised and professional individual to be responsible for the effective administration and reception for the Scania Corporate office. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be an integral part of our operations.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Greet and welcome all visitors to Scania in a professional manner
  • Answering and screening calls, redirecting or assisting as appropriate
  • Provide general administration support as required
  • Inbound and outbound mail, courier services and faxes
  • Assist with accounts processing and preparation of invoices

Who you are

Your professional outlook, strong communication and interpersonal skill, ability to work in a fast paced environment with a positive attitude and work ethic will see you build credible and productive working relationships at Scania.

To be considered for this opportunity you will have relevant administration/reception experience, with some basic accounting processing, reconciliation and recording experience. Experience in the automotive or related industry will be highly regarded.
