Prestons Branch

We are looking to grow our Prestons branch to be the flagship team for Australia.

This is a great opportunity for a manager with a passion for process improvement, relishes the opportunity to do things differently and enjoys motivating and leading the teams.  Strong focus on creating a great culture and team spirit whist maximizing productivity in the workshop and sales of both labour and parts.

What you will do

Responsibilities include establishing and reviewing sales, inventory, marketing and operating costs, budgets, targets and procedures.

Leading and motivating a team.  Your role encompasses the operations of the parts and customer receptions area, workshops. You will provide the leadership to create a culture of success, profitability, sustainability and teamwork.

This role will suit an individual, who is driven to make a difference, relishes creating cohesive teams, and ensuring the highest customer satisfaction rating is achieved.

To be successful as a Branch Manager within our organisation, we believe that you will have previous management experience working across all areas of a Truck/Bus/Automotive Branch environment.  You will have demonstrated experience in managing a cross functional team with the ability to lead by example. Having a strong planning & analysis skills with a high degree of business acumen to identify and grow business opportunities is crucial to your success.
