What you will do

Based in Dandenong and part of the Victorian management team, you will be responsible for;

• Managing the operation of the workshop, parts and customer reception area, overseeing a team of approx. 25 people
• Providing leadership and driving a culture of success, profitability, sustainability and teamwork
• Establishing and reviewing sales, inventory, marketing and operating costs, budgets, targets and procedures
• Building and developing customer relationships
• Managing and monitoring complaints
• Sales forecasts, market research and monitoring trends and demands

Who you are

To be successful as a Branch Manager within our organisation, we believe that you will have previous management experience working across all areas of a Truck/Bus Branch environment.  You will have demonstrated experience in managing a cross functional team with the ability to lead by example. You will have strong planning & analysis skills with a high degree of business acumen to identify and grow business opportunities
