What you will do

Reporting to the Workshop Performance Manager and based at the Scania Australia Dealer Support Centre in Campbellfield key responsibilities include;

  • Support the maintenance of the dealer management system (Automaster) as well as upgrades and new products
  • Ensuring these systems are sufficiently developed and utilised to align with the needs of the business
  • Provide service excellence to internal customers including queries via phone and email
  • System configurations to maximise automation and efficiency
  • Deliver user training to ensure the dealer management systems applications are utilised effectively
  • Promote and work with Scania Dealer Operating Standards to ensure uniform quality standards in all areas of the business

Who you are

You will have

  • Relevant industry experience within the automotive industry ideally in an aftersales role
  • Understanding of workshop practice, processes, dynamics and key metrics
  • Have a good understanding of aftersales dealer management systems
  • Diploma in IT or equivalent (desirable)
  • SQL basics (desirable)
