What you will do

Part of the WA team, based in Kewdale, you will focus on the products and services for customers and dealers within the WA region. More specifically you will be responsible for;

  • Supporting the Scania Dealer network strategy and development
  • Supporting the Aftersales Team
  • Assist to build and develop new and existing aftersales business
  • Stakeholder engagement and management with existing and new customers
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of customer business’s needs.

Who you are

To be successful in this role you will possess the following

  • Demonstrated experience in a parts/warehouse/workshop environment
  • Heavy vehicle/automotive or related industry experience preferred
  • Commercial understanding of parts and service business
  • Excellence in stakeholder engagement
  • Attention to detail, results oriented, time management and excellent customer service skills
