What you will do

You will be part of the Queensland management team and based in Richlands, you will be the main point of contact for the region’s independent dealer network and be responsible for regional aftersales revenue, profitability and dealer compliance. Key duties will involve;

  • Develop & promote aftersales products and service to new and existing customers
  • Build and develop new regional aftersales business
  • Support the dealer network to proactively build and develop customer relationships
  • Assist with building new and existing aftersales business in order to achieve increased sales
  • Proactively develop and maintain regional parts range to support captive and non-captive dealers
  • Lead a team of 2 service sales executives, dealer development and inventory management

Who you are

To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience in a parts/warehouse management environment within heavy vehicle/automotive or related industry. Leading a team, you will have demonstrated supervisory/management experience. You will have strong commercial acumen, have a drive for proactive selling and general warehouse skills.
