What you will do

As part of the Prestons Aftersales Team your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate all visitor inductions
  • Provide Administrative support to the Branch Manager
  • Maintain daily calendar of all staff on leave, monitor staff movements
  • Complete associated payroll duties
  • Monitor and purchase stationary, office consumables, workshop consumables and processing in relevant systems
  • Manage and ensure accuracy of all documentation
