Foster and promote a safe and healthy work environment
Lead, motivate and develop a team of Technicians fostering a culture of service and performance excellence
Work with Scania teams to ensure compliance and efficiency throughout the workshop flow
Monitor Technician productivity and ensure customer expectations are met
Ensure your team have appropriate skills, tools and resources
About you
You will have a Certificate III HV Diesel Technician qualification
You lead by example - enjoy mentoring, coaching and training
Proven experience working as a HV Technician
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to handle several tasks simultaneously
You take pride in quality workmanship and doing things right.
You will thrive on ensuring customer satisfaction through your work and how you support your team.
As part of our usual recruitment process applicants will be required to undergo pre-employment testing, police checks and medical examination
